BUGLASAN KING AND QUEEN 2018 Happened on October 19, 2018 at Ninoy Aquino Freedom Park, with a lot of special guest speakers and supporters from each municipalities. Every year Negros Oriental is celebrating Buglasan Festival and it will not be worth it without Festival King and Queen. They represent and showcase different beauties of municipalities, creativity with their festival costumes and talent in dancing.
